Is Wi-Fi available, and how reliable is it?

It's important to note that satellite internet speeds at sea can be slower and less consistent than land-based connections, and may be affected by the ship's location and weather. Alternatively, you can visit the dedicated Shore Excursions desk once you are onboard the ship to book available tours, though popular options might sell out quickly.
Can I explore ports on my own?
Absolutely! While we offer a variety of curated shore excursions, you are always welcome to explore ports independently. Research your destinations in advance to plan your activities, transportation, and sights. Just be mindful of the ship's departure time – when exploring independently, it is your responsibility to return to the ship well before it sails. Excursions booked through Atlantic Cruise Lines guarantee the ship will wait if the tour is delayed.
What happens if my pre-booked tour is cancelled?
Occasionally, shore excursions may need to be cancelled due to insufficient participation, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances by either Atlantic Cruise Lines or the local tour operator. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible, typically onboard. In such cases where the cancellation is initiated by us or the operator, you will receive a full refund for the excursion credited to your onboard account or original payment method.
